Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Grand Egyptian Museum
Some mornings stay with you for life. This one starts on the Giza plateau before the crowds thicken: the Great Pyramid of Khufu overhead, Khafre and Menkaure beyond, and the panoramic dune viewpoint where all nine pyramids line up for the photograph you came for. An optional camel ride crosses the same sands the pharaohs' builders walked 4,500 years ago.
After standing eye-to-eye with the Sphinx, drive fifteen minutes to the Grand Egyptian Museum — the largest archaeological museum on earth — where your Egyptologist walks you through the grand staircase of colossi to Tutankhamun's gold. Lunch at a local restaurant is included between the two.

Questions travelers ask
Can we go inside the Great Pyramid?
Yes · interior tickets are bought at the gate and limited per day; tell your guide at pickup and we secure them first thing. The passage is steep and low, so skip it if you're claustrophobic; the Grand Egyptian Museum's full-scale tomb galleries are a good alternative.
Is this tour suitable for children?
Very. Camel rides, mummies and gold treasure hold most kids for the full day, and the vehicle is nearby for breaks. Under-5s join free.

The day Egypt became realOur guide Mahmoud brought the plateau to life — we had the panoramic viewpoint almost to ourselves at 8:30. The GEM is astonishing. Flawless organisation from pickup to drop-off.
Perfekt organisiertPünktliche Abholung, kleiner Bus, exzellenter deutschsprachiger Guide. Das Mittagessen mit Pyramidenblick war das i-Tüpfelchen.
Wonderful, wear good shoesBrilliant guide and pacing. One star off only because the museum deserves three more hours!
